About us...

  I decided to start my business after planning my own wedding. I started looking around for what I wanted, and the kind of theme I was going for. I had lots of ideas, but I soon realised that I was being told what I could have rather than being asked what I wanted, and I felt that this was very wrong - your wedding day should be personalised to your dreams of what you want it to be! 

I looked at so many suppliers and went to several wedding fairs, but no one did anything like what I had imagined. I finally decided to do all my own flowers, exactly the way I wanted. 

We married on the 9th of September 2021 in Jamaica - and took all our flowers out with us! We used a lot of luggage allowance! We got so many lovely comments from the Sandals resort staff and guests alike, all asking where we had purchased them from. They couldn’t believe they were artificial, let alone that I had done it all myself. 

On our return, our wedding photos eventually came, and they were truly made by the florals I had created. So many people asked why I was working in a supermarket when I had this talent, which I found difficult to believe at first! 

The following year I was asked to do our friend's wedding. After making a few floral pieces and her bouquets, and telling her about my ideas, I was asked again why I didn't do this as a career. 

I had always had a flare for decorative pieces. Family and friends for years had seen my Christmas trees, garlands and flowers and told me I was wasting my talent!

So, after much thought, I finally decided to go for it. I left my full-time supermarket job, and Bespoke Bridal Blossoms was born - with the sole aim of giving our couples their dream day, with everything exactly the way THEY want it.
